A FULL SERVICE TELEVISION PROVIDER

Our RV Park was hit by a close by lightning strike which took the cable out. I called ATS and Robert called me back in a few minutes. We spent 10-20 minutes on the phone and determined the problem. He was able to give me a short-term solution and then overnighted me a new part which arrived the next morning. Undid the temp solution, plugged in replacement, and reconnected in 5 minutes. Back in business. If you ever need good, prompt, and reliable cable installation and service, I highly recommend Robert and ATS.  

Just wanted you to know that we had a very close lightning strike yesterday and it knocked out the TV and internet services for us and several other businesses near us.  We don’t have tv in our offices but thanks to the system you folks put in for us, our guests have tv service while we wait the four days for a technician to show up and get the Wi-Fi up and running. 

We have been with assisted tv solutions for 5 years and have never had any problems with their service and all the staff has been very courteous whenever we had any questions.
